Pochettino treats 'everyone' at Tottenham to steak dinner

Mauricio Pochettino reflects on Harry Kane's commitment at Tottenham

Kane has won the last two Golden Boot awards in a row, and was this week included in the FifPro longlist of the world's top 55 players - the only Englishman to have been acknowledged.

"But I think after I'm here at the club for three seasons, you trust in what I say and our fans trust in our decisions".

"It is so important to manage him properly", explained Pochettino, who joked at the beginning of last season that Spurs "do not exist" without Dembele.

"Everything is there for him at Spurs", Redknapp told Sky Sports.

"I think the feeling within the place was positive, we felt things were going in the right direction, and hopefully they will continue to, because we might have challenged a couple of times, but we haven't really done anything yet".

Pochettino explained that managing Dembele, like all the players, was not formulaic because there are so many human factors, as well as football factors, to consider. "It is our job to be clever with how we manage them and try to keep the similar level during the season but it's so hard".

This is why Trump wants a massive military parade on Pennsylvania Avenue
I continue to talk to the United States with the hope that it comes back into the global fold and clarifies its vision of things". Macron says he will continue to talk with Trump "in the hope that he comes back" to the climate accord.

"You need time to create a good dynamic, not only tactics but outside too", Pochettino said on Friday. "It's because they are human, the players are human".

The England worldwide has made a habit down the years of producing his best in meetings with local rivals.

The 23-year-old, however, has grown accustomed to the role of utility man under Pochettino, who has used him as centre-back in both a defensive pair and trio, as well as midfield and, occasionally, right-back.

"The only way they can keep him is to win something this year. All the managers love to have this type of player in your squad", Pochettino said. The way we played, the intensity, the aggression, what Tottenham are known for now, was not there that day.

'He can dominate different positions on the pitch and that is so fantastic - he can be top as a midfielder, centre-back or full-back.

"And I looked at a kid on a training field against a £28 million signing and I saw someone that was better than him". He deserved all the praise and our decision paid off to be fearless and give him the possibility to play in a club like Tottenham when you fight for big things.
